Overhead Crane – Custom, safe, and project‑proven

HCR designs custom overhead cranes for casting yards, typically used for reinforcement bar fabrication (up to 20 tons) but available from 5 to 500 tons with various spans. Standard safety features include hoist secondary brake, speed control, load encoder, and operation data recording.

Our cranes can be designed for outdoor use with multiple units sharing the same track – as demonstrated in the Honolulu Rail Transit project (Hawaii, USA), where we supplied 4 cranes. This project was featured on the cover of ASPIRE magazine in 2021.
