〓 EQUIPMENT PROFILE

The GPX-type Track Panel Production Line is specially developed for manufacturing 1435 standard gauge track panels. Featuring high mechanization, all sleeper feeding, primary and secondary turnover processes are mechanically operated. Automatic sleeper spacing is realized through speed difference between chain conveyors and transfer trolleys, effectively replacing heavy manual work.

The production line supports dual crane operation, compatible with both turnover gantry cranes and conventional gantry cranes. With stable and high-efficiency output, it fully meets the requirements of on-site track laying construction.
